Website” refers to the website boze.dev, and it’s back-end
“The Developers” refers to the
developers and/or admins of The Client
“This Service” refers to The Client, The Website, and any
related applications.
“Terms of Service” these terms of service, which outline the terms and
conditions for the use of This Service

By using This Service, you are
regarded to be bound by the Terms of Service, and you acknowledge that you have fully read and
understood the Terms of Service, and you agree to accept and comply with the Terms of
Service.
The Terms of Service may be amended periodically. The Website will have a notice at the
bottom if the Terms of Service haves been amended recently. In case the Terms of Service are amended
and you continue to use The Service, it is regarded that you have fully read and understood the
amended Terms of Service, and you agree to accept and comply with the amended Terms of
Service.

this website immediately and refrain from using This Service.
Access to the client is provided upon fulfilling the necessary payment. The Developers reserve the
right to grant and revoke access to The Client for any reason.
Access to The Client may not
be shared or transferred between different individuals. Doing so may result in the termination of
your access to the client.
The Client may not be simultaneously used on multiple different
computers. However, The Client may be transferred between different computers owned by the same
individual at the discretion of The Developers.
Attempting to run The Client on multiple
computers at the same time may result in the termination of your access to the client unless it is
permitted by The Developers.
Distributing, duplicating, modifying, or attempting to reverse
any binaries or other files related to The Client is strictly against the Terms of Service and will
result in the termination of your access to the client, and you will not be allowed to purchase the
client again. The only exception are the configuration files created The Client, which may be shared
with others.
When using The Client, various data including but not limited to information
about your hardware, your IP, and your username, may be collected.
The Developers do not take
any responsibility for any actions you take while using The Client, or any information you input
into the client, which includes but is not limited to account information and IP Addresses.
The Developers are the controllers of personal data of the users of The Service. This Privacy Policy
describes how The Developers collect and process users’ personal data. As stated in Section 1
(“General Terms”), the Terms of Service, including the Privacy Policy may be amended periodically.
If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy or any other conditions relating to the Privacy Policy
stated in other sections of The Terms of Service, please leave this website immediately and refrain
from using This Service.

limited to E-Mail addresses and Discord Account IDs

Service, including but not limited to computer hardware information disclosed while using The
Client

Client usage statistics,
including but not limited to use time and launch count
Payment metadata, primarily your payment
method (card, crypto, etc.), but also various other data such as promo code use

Developers may process your personal data when it is necessary for the functionality and security of
This Service, as well as when it is necessary for legal reasons. These reasons are may be
interpreted broadly by The Developers, and by agreeing with the Privacy Policy you agree to accept
any related reasons even if they are not directly stated in the Privacy Policy.
If you wish
to acquire a copy of your personal data, or if you wish to delete all of your personal data, or if
you have any other request regarding your personal data which is compliant with the relevant privacy
laws, please contact The Developers using Discord. These requests may be also made by E-Mail,
however, these requests may take longer to be fulfilled.
The Developers reserve the right to refuse refunds to anyone, unless they have purchased The Client
within the last 14 days in the EU/EEA, or elsewhere where unconditional refunds for digital products
are mandatory within a certain period.
However, in most cases, refunds will be approved given
a good reason.
To Refund, please contact The Developers using Discord. You may also
ask for a refund by E-Mail, however, Discord is highly preferred.
